Ever notice how people come into your life and then seem to drift away without much explanation? I really feel as though God sometimes seperates us from those that (no matter how well meaning they may be) would hinder us from carrying out the mission that he has set for us.
We are all connected for a reason. God has opened my heart to be connected to those that are his faithful and true followers.
Just this morning God's word was served to me so warm and fulfilling that my spirit felt as though it had been replenished right on time. As some of you might know with all that we do online we can at times be stubborn in stepping back from the quick, disconnected process.
Having become relaxed with online donating and learning from experience not to carry cash around much, a beautiful young woman gave me an offering so that I could give in person. To that young lady I would like to say thank you. This kind of personal family type love is what has me drawn to the Tabernacle Of Christ in downtown Lawrenceville. God is everywhere but when I was going through my most difficult time this smaller church gave me aid when some of those larger churches (filled to the brim with earthly goods) failed to see what God had sent. In everything that we do we must never forget that God loved us so much that he gave his only son to forgive our sins. As Christians we must take the time to slow down and see what God has sent to us. Yes with common sense but also with compassion. My mission is a blessed one and those that watch through Christ's eyes will be blessed two times over for God sees our hearts and our deeds and both are well noted.
